TOMMY MORALES

Construction Manager

With over 142 dental & medical projects completed, Tommy Morales has the knowledge, experience, and patience to work through some of the most challenging projects. He has spent over 30 years in the construction industry learning from everything the trench to the attic, with 10 of those years focused on dental & medical specific projects. This level of experience has allowed him to honed his skills on issues that commonly arise.

Helping clients navigate through the fog of construction is what he finds most rewarding. Tommy has travel from East to West; Maine to Hawaii; and has made long lasting relationships with doctors, GCs, and subcontractors.

JON RODRIGUEZ

With almost 10 yrs of design experience Jon creates your customized floor plan based on your needs and vision. As a Texas Tech University graduate Jon specializes in dental practice space planning for new or existing locations. Each project is different and has its own variables taking into consideration location, building code, and patient flow, Jon breaks down all the details to ensure optimal floor plan design. Jon is also an active AIA San Antonio Chapter member and participates in donation projects within the community. During his free time he enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and running marathons.
